Based on past experiences we are continuously thinking or meditating on how we can achieve happiness. This happiness which can be described as a feeling of peace, love, joy and emotional harmony and stability is unstable and illusive.
We want happiness but it is difficult to achieve a feeling of wholeness and completeness. As a result, we are continually plagued with a feeling of lack or want that results in a permanent background of anxiety. We continually need something more to make us whole, complete and happy.
Does meditation promote wholeness and completeness: a stable and permanent sense of happiness?
Wantingness vs Wholeness
We are continually meditating on something: our happiness or misery or a mix of the two. Most people feel they need or want something(s) to be able to feel whole, happy and complete. A young man might think that a nice girl, $10,000 or a new car would make him happy. A rich man might think that power, glory and recognition by the community might make him happy. A middle age women might feel that the love of her husband and children would make her happy. In all three cases, happiness is conditional upon wants that are external. We are continually in a state of “wantingness”. We are continually broadcasting to the world that we are not happy because our wants have not been fulfilled.
Meditation is able to promote wholeness, inner peace and happiness that is not conditional upon something external to happen?
Duality vs Oneness
Since our happiness is not stable, we continually make judgements as to what will make us happier. In the world of duality, we experience opposing opposites: happy or sad, up or down, black or white, good or bad, rich or poor, beautiful or ugly, love or hate, anger or calm, gain or loss. Since we want to be happy, we make choices that we believe will promote happiness. However, even when we have achieved happiness we worry that we may lose it.
Meditation is able to move us beyond judgement and duality into “heavenly” channels of oneness, peace and harmony?

Can meditation bring about good health, happiness, wholeness, completeness and eternal bliss?
Meditation for Self-Healing and Self-Empowerment
When you are conscious or aware of your divinity, true healing begins. When you experience the truth of oneness with God, oneness with all, you have Soul consciousness. With Soul consciousness you know that eternal happiness and bliss is your heritage. Bliss means joy, wholeness, completeness and absolute freedom from fear. True Self-Empowerment is knowing that you can create bliss at will and stay in bliss; being free from needing or wanting anything external to give you happiness. It is knowing God is “Kingdomed “within you. It is faith in your own divinity.
