What does Meditation for Healing feel like ? 

During treatment, some clients may experience a form of emotional release and this may take the form of tears or laughter. Emotional release may also continue to occur several days after the treatment session which can be perfectly normal. Emotional release is important and often followed by healing. Following treatment, clients invariably report a sense of wellbeing and lightness. They may feel more centered and relaxed. These feelings may continue for some days afterwards, with the further integration of consciousness and energy.

On rare occasions, clients may experience feelings of restlessness or resistance to the healing work. This “barrier” may be the client’s sub-conscious or a deeply held belief that will need to be released before healing can occur and they can move on.

For some clients, the treatment results in immediate improvement, while for others, it may take several days for integration of the energetic change to result in a feeling of improvement. In these cases, the client may experience varying emotional states, memories of past events or changing physical symptoms over several days as the energetic changes result in the client clearing and processing past issues as they move forward.  

How often do I need treatment ? 
We recommend two treatments and in some cases where there are chronic problems, multiple issues or deeply held beliefs, several treatments may be required to achieve and maintain optimal results.  

Clients may also find regular healing sessions, together with meditation group sessions at The Centre may help in achieving a more relaxed lifestyle and play an important part in their journey for personal and spiritual growth.
